2) Payment Options: Fernglass.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards (no minimum) and uses a secure payment system, WorldPay, which has been developed in association with the NatWest Bank PLC.

3) Returns Procedure: Fernglass.co.uk makes every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your order not being delivered within 15 working days from the despatch date (Saturdays, Sundays & United Kingdom Public Holidays not included) customers should advise Fernglass.co.uk. Fernglass.co.uk will make every effort to locate the order, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund, subject to the correct delivery address having been supplied to us with the order. If an order arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact Fernglass.co.uk within 5 days of receipt. In this case Fernglass.co.uk will, depending upon our customers' preference, arrange for the damaged goods to be returned by recorded post or by their agents and returned to the company. Fernglass.co.uk will either send a replacement order upon confirmation that the damaged goods has been returned or make a refund.

4) Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
